CANCELLATION POLICY
At HM Hair Designs, we value your appointments and confirm them via text or email 72 to 24 hours beforehand. To ensure that all reservations are exclusively reserved for you and to avoid double bookings, a booking retainer fee will be applied. This retainer will be subtracted from the total service cost at the end of your appointment. A credit card is necessary for securing the booking retainer. For any cancellations or rescheduling, please reach out to 810-310-0138 •Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice incur a 50% fee of the service price or forfeiture of retainer fee. •No Call/No Show or same-day cancellations will be charged 75%. •For appointments made within 24 hours, a minimum of 6 hours' notice is required to avoid a 75% fee. •In emergencies, fees may apply, but part may be applied to a future appointment within a week. •If I need to reschedule due to an emergency or illness, you'll receive the first available slot during business or non business hours (non business hours fees will be waived). •Requests for rescheduling within a week may allow for a one-time fee transfer; however, any requests made further out will be considered a cancellation. This policy helps keep my schedule full and serves all clients effectively. Thank you for understanding.
